video conferencing services to enable them
to come together with candidates without
incurring costs associated with travel. If you
find yourself scheduled for this type of interview, don’t be alarmed.

Now is a great time to explore Skype, a free software application that allows a user to make free video
and/or voice calls to other users through an internet connection. All you need is a webcam and you’ll be
ready to go.
Approach this interview just as you would any other face to face interview.
Prepare. Dress professionally. Bring a note pad, a copy of your resume (for your own reference),
and make
sure to smile. Familiarize yourself with your surroundings. Be sure to look at the camera when you are
answering questions during the interview.
