	BOH Executive, aka Chef Partner
	Location: Fort Wayne, IN Compensation: $55K-65K + benefits
	Oversight of daily BOH operations for this multi-million dollar upscale casual dining setting. Lead a team and drive execution in this scratch environment. Assist with day to day team leadership and guest service, as needed, in addition to reporting related to the location. Ensure systems are adhered to and all team members have received proper training. 3+ years of kitchen/culinary management experience in fine or casual dining. Strong leadership, interpersonal communication and organization skills are required. Successful candidate must be open to relocation for career growth.
