Responsible for supporting day to day BOH management of a quality-focused, casual dining restaurant. Oversee preparation, production and team leadership. Ensure compliance with all systems and standards.
1+ years of kitchen management experience in casual dining environments. Understanding of food and labor cost controls is required. Supervisory experience preferred. Previous profit and loss accountability desired. |
