Location: Paramus, NJ
Compensation: $45-52K + bonus + benefits |

Lead and develop a small management team and staff. Establish consistent systems, processes and procedures within this growing full service restaurant. Oversee day to day restaurant operations while assisting the General Manager with reporting/tracking and project management.
2+ years of experience in family or casual dining. Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. |
