	Strategist, aka Recruiting Manager
	Location: Minneapolis, MN Compensation: $55-70K + bonus + benefits
	This is a strategic position reporting to the Director of Recruiting. The successful candidate will hold full cycle talent acquisition responsibilities (sourcing, identification, interviewing, hiring process management, applicant tracking system management and appropriate reporting). 3+ years of experience in recruitment and staffing to include knowledge and proficiency of posting systems and database management required. Must be able to facilitate presentations and communicate effectively across a spectrum of skill and communication levels.
